Aero Base Coaching Sdn Bhd was established in July 2016 by a group of experienced aircraft maintenance engineering personnel with a clear mission: to make quality aviation training accessible to all Malaysian aviation organisations — without the excessive costs that have historically been a barrier.
As Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers who have worked for airlines, MRO companies, and as independent operators, our founders understood first-hand the critical need for a win-win relationship between CAMO organisations, Maintenance Organisations (Part-145), and Training Schools (Part-147).
Today, ABCSB provides technical instructor manpower for Colleges and Aviation Schools, delivers standalone compliance and technical training, and offers end-to-end consultancy for organisations applying for AOC, MRO, and Training certifications.
We are currently in the process of applying for CAAM Part-147 certification and aim to become an approved examination centre for CAA Malaysia — further cementing our position as Malaysia's trusted aviation training partner.
Our Vision
To provide support to local aviation companies in basic training of their maintenance and support personnel as per the CAA Malaysia requirement — assisting them in becoming established MTO/147, MRO/145 Organisations or successful AOC applicants at reasonable cost.
