Real Engagements. Proven Results.
From international AOC applications to military training and MRO certification — our track record speaks for itself.

AOC & ASP Application — Perfect Aviation Sdn Bhd
A Malaysian businessman venturing into aviation engaged ABCSB for end-to-end consultancy to set up a local company and apply for an Air Service Permit. We advised on the business plan, recommended a suitable aircraft type (Piper Seneca PA34), initiated the purchase from a private owner, and secured airside space at Subang Airport from MAHB. We also sourced pilots for flight operations, arranged a maintenance support contractor, and developed the CAME documentation.
Target Towing Operations — Sigma Aviation Sdn Bhd
Sigma Aviation — a joint venture between a British target-towing service provider and a local company of retired servicemen — engaged ABCSB from day one to obtain all relevant DCA approvals for operating a modified Falcon 20 on target-towing contracts for the Malaysian Armed Forces. The company was later taken over by Aerotree Defense Services.
Lear Jet AOC Support — Aerotree Defense Services Sdn Bhd
After acquiring Sigma Aviation, Aerotree replaced its Falcon 20 fleet with a Lear Jet for Malaysian Armed Forces target-towing operations. As the first of type in Malaysia, the DCA approval process posed significant regulatory challenges. ABCSB provided support for the maintenance application as part of ASP and AOC requirements, and held a post-holder position until Aerotree developed its own qualified personnel.

Aircraft Reactivation & Return to Service — Noble Hall Sdn Bhd
A Singaporean-owned Piper Seneca PA34 (9M-BAI) had been stranded at Seletar Airport, Singapore for 10 years due to a maintenance support dispute. ABCSB was engaged to bring the aircraft back to service. We revised the Maintenance Schedule, Minimum Equipment List, and Company Exposition, completed all check backlogs, and achieved regulatory compliance within 6 months — enabling the aircraft to be flown back to Malaysia.

B747-400 Aircraft Import & Fleet Support — EagleXpress Charter
EagleXpress Charter, an AOC holder on a lease-to-purchase programme for a B747-400 from Penerbangan Malaysia Berhad, engaged ABCSB to manage the full aircraft import process. We produced the used aircraft report per Airworthiness Notices requirements, negotiated and signed a Fleet Support Agreement with Malaysia Airlines Engineering, and interfaced directly with Boeing Technical Representatives on B747 CSGTA documentation.

MD82 Aircraft Import — Sunbumi Air Transport
A well-known Malaysian tourism and travel agency planning to establish its own airline engaged ABCSB to import one MD82 from a Taiwanese carrier. The import process was successfully completed, however ASP and AOC application delays combined with internal shareholder disagreements placed the project on hold.

Used Aircraft Report — Senai Airport Terminal Services (3× B747-100)
Senai Airport Terminal Services (a subsidiary of MMC) requested ABCSB to conduct Used Aircraft Reports on three B747-100 aircraft at Johor Bahru Senai Airport prior to issuing a scrapping tender. A full physical inspection was carried out on-site and a detailed inspection report was delivered to SATS management.

Aircraft Delivery — FlyJet Sdn Bhd (Bombardier Challenger 601)
FlyJet Sdn Bhd purchased two Bombardier Challenger 601 aircraft from Macau for private operations in Malaysia. ABCSB supported the delivery process, which went smoothly. However, the Malaysian authority was slow in issuing the Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Airworthiness — a process that took nearly 6 months, prompting the owner to pursue N-registration.
Myanmar AOC Application — Aero Thanlwin
Full AOC consultancy for a new airline startup in Myanmar, covering aircraft type selection, CAME documentation, ASP preparation, and pilot and engineering manpower sourcing.
Aircraft Delivery & Redelivery — FDA Singapore Aircraft Leasing
FDA, a Singapore-based aircraft leasing company, engaged ABCSB to support the delivery and redelivery of three aircraft destined for operators in Myanmar and Japan — two Airbus and one Boeing. Each delivery/redelivery process typically spans 1–2 months depending on third-party support.

Full AOC Setup — Travira Air Malaysia Sdn Bhd
PT Travira of Indonesia engaged ABCSB to establish Travira Air Malaysia Sdn Bhd as an offshore helicopter charter company. From January 2014, the team worked to obtain DCAM AOC approval, which was granted by end of 2014. Operations continued until the 2015 Oil & Gas industry downturn forced the cessation of offshore helicopter charters. The company was formally closed in April 2017 when MavCom declined to renew the ASP.
