Hyder Shahrom Mohd Shukor

A qualified Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer since 1985, Hyder brings unparalleled depth to ABCSB. He served as an Airworthiness Inspector with the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia (1995–1996, 1997–2004), headed the Engineering Department when AirAsia first launched (1996–1997), was Engineering Manager for Berjaya Air (2004–2005), and served as Principal Specialist with UniKL-MAIT where he helped build Malaysia's only Aviation University with CAAM Part-147/66 approval (2006–2012). His last corporate role was Engineering/CAMO Manager for Travira Air Malaysia.

With more than 30 years in aviation, Roslan started his career at Malaysia Airlines in 1981 as a Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. He progressed through Hamilton Sundstrand Malaysia as Materials Administrator (10 years), where he set up the Materials Department and helped achieve the UTC Aerospace ACE Gold Award. In 2007 he established the Purchasing and Warehouse operations for Sepang Aircraft Engineering, guiding them to EASA and ISO EN9120 certification as Senior Manager Materials.

Adnan Bin Ahmad

Senior Aviation Consultant

With 30+ years in the local aviation industry, Adnan trained with Aer Lingus in Dublin (1980–1983), acquiring the LWTR with CAA UK and Republic of Ireland. He joined Malaysia Airlines in 1983 as a continuation trainer for B737 type rating, consulted for AIROD's newly established MRO, and served as a post holder/Director of Engineering with a private jet operator until 2017. He currently serves as CAMO Manager with Raya Air.

Markom Marof

Senior Aviation Trainer

Markom began his career in 1970 with the Royal Malaysia Air Force, working on Allouette and Sikorsky helicopters before becoming an Airframe Instructor in 1983. After RMAF, he joined SME Aerospace as a QA Inspector/Executive (1992), Hamilton Sundstrand as Lead Associate and Production Head (1996), and MATA as Lead Instructor and eventually Training Manager/Senior Corporate Manager (2005–2011). He now trains independently for aviation company training departments.

Mohamad Fathel Mohamad Daud

Airworthiness & Regulatory Consultant

Fathel started at Malaysia Airlines in 1981 and trained with Aer Lingus in Dublin, qualifying as a Licensed AME in 1986. He joined DCA Malaysia in 1998 as Assistant Director of Airworthiness, conducting regulatory oversight and internal training for DCAM Airworthiness Inspectors. In 2010 he moved to the UAE GCAA as Senior Airworthiness Inspector before returning to Malaysia to serve as Engineering Training Manager with Westar Aviation Services until 2017.
